High blood pressure (hypertension) means that your blood is pumping at a higher pressure than normal through your arteries. This can contribute to a number of diseases including heart attack, kidney failure or stroke. Hypertension usually produces no symptoms. Hereditary factors, obesity, a diet high in salt, smoking and a lack of physical activity can all contribute to hypertension.

Using drugs to control high blood pressure causes strong side effects. In most cases, high blood pressure can actually be managed and controlled by using some natural remedies and changing of the diet and lifestyles:

Recommended Foods
Garlic, Onions, Ginger, Oats, Buckwheat Noodles and Pancakes, Violet Flowers and Leaves

Diet
Total fats in diet should be less than 20%. Remove all trans fats. Adding Du’s Tea or Gu-Lan tea to your diet will help promote natural fat blocking and control cholesterol levels, especially when used after having the meals.

Increase intake of fish, fish oils or cold-pressed oils such as Borage Seed oil.

You should also reduce intake of salts to 2-3 gm per day (this will eliminate all junk food, chips, packaged foods and meats, processed foods), which should all but eliminate the trans fats, and excess salt.

Reduce the methyl xanthines such as teas (here mean caffeinated normal market teas), coffee, cola, and chocolate. Increase fiber with more raw fruits and hearty green vegetables and beans and nuts.

Reduce alcohol to no more than one glass of wine per day.

Give up smoking.

Reduce weight by 15-20%.

Exercise
Exercise at least 30 minutes 5 days/week. Add light weights to your walking regime. If you are already having Du’s tea for high blood pressure, it is suggested to add gu-lan tea to your diet plan for their fat burning and blocking benefits (here avoided wu-long tea to avoid caffeine intake). It will also help boost your energy and enhance the results of your exercise.

Baths
Showers are to clean the body while baths are to heal the mind and body. Hydrotherapy has been a system of therapeutic bathing rituals or various therapeutic baths to aid in the healing of various systems of the body. It has been prescribed since before the advent of the Roman baths with their distinct and separate rooms of various temperature baths.

However, full body immersion is the key to cleansing the body of illness and with modern baths where only the lower part of the body is fully immersed this does not lend itself to a healing experience. In a modern bath, one must lay down flat on your back in the tub with the legs up and out, in order to get the proper healing effects. Worried about your hair? Wear a shower cap.

In a bath/hydro-therapy treatment, it is important to use three baths per week of 20 minutes each. The temperature of the water is not important. Start with warm baths, add Seaweeds, Moor mud, herbs and/or hydrosols.

For hypertension, shower and clean first, then fill the tub and use body temperature water, soak for 20 minutes, wrap in a large towel, drink a cup of your Du’s tea and go to bed. Du’s tea is the most preferable, but Ni-Tea can also be used if the insomnia symptom is serious.

Aromatherapy
It is recommended to conduct a 10 to 15 minutes aromatherapy process by using Du's tea before drinking the tea.

The Tea Works Wonders

Just a quick message to say my Doctor's had told me my blood pressure was up and They wanted to put me on Blood Pressure pills to bring it down. I asked, if I start these pills, can I come off them later on, Their answer was, Yes.
I took the prescription home and asked my Son to please check out if I start these can I come off them, He came back from His investigation and said no Dad if you start, your on them for ever. I said no thanks and went looking for a natural product and found Du's Tea.
After about 2 months the Doctors office called and wanted to check me over, so booked me in for a check up. At that check up my Doctor checked my Blood Pressure and it was very close to normal. His reaction was, see, there you go those pills work!!
Well, I don't know if they work or not, neither do I care as I know Du's Tea does work! Just ask my Doctor.
